Orders ship within 2 days, weekends included, since our fulfillment runs seven days a week. If we ever hit unusually high volume, we'll let you know. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and it's free when you build the full kit.
where we ship
We ship across the United States. We're not shipping internationally at this time.
tracking
A confirmation and tracking link are emailed automatically once your order is placed, and everything lives on your account page.
damaged or lost in transit
If your order arrives damaged, hold onto all packaging and the item, and contact us at care@sunyvibes.com right away so we can help file a claim and make it right.
returns & exchanges
the window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items need to be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.
how to start a return
Log into your account, open the order you want to return, select the items and a reason, and request the return. If it's approved you'll get a return shipping label by email. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method.
exchanges
The fastest way is to return the item you have, and once that's accepted, place a separate order for the one you want.
what can't be returned
Sale items are final sale and can't be returned.
