You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items need to be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Sale items are final sale and can't be returned.

Log into your account, open the order, select the items and a reason, and request the return. Once it's approved you'll get a return shipping label by email, and your refund is issued after we receive the item.

The fastest way is to return the item you have, and once that's accepted, place a separate order for the one you want.
